On Thursday, May 15, 2014, Ben Cameron will hold his fourth "University of Michigan College Cabaret" at BROADWAY SESSIONS in New York City, featuring performances by alumni and students of Michigan's musical theatre program. It's been a pleasure to once again assist Ben as he brings top alumni and students together to celebrate and introduce the talents of the Michigan musical theatre class of 2014.

Michigan Alumni Headliners

The event will include performances by several top Broadway alumni of the University of Michigan:

  • Alex Gemignani (Violet, The People in the Picture, Les Misérables, Sunday in the Park with George, Sweeney Todd, Assassins, Chicago)
  • Todd Buonopane (Cinderella, Grease, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Chicago)
  • Jesse Nager (Motown, Scandalous, Mary Poppins, Good Vibrations, Mamma Mia!, Broadway Boys)
  • Dani Spieler (Legally Blonde, Chicago)
  • Lizzie Klemperer (A Christmas Story)

Event Details

The cabaret will be held at the Laurie Beechman Theatre on Thursday, Mary 15, 2013, at 407 W. 42nd St., New York, NY. Doors open at 10:00pm and the show starts promptly at 11:00pm.

Cover is $5 (plus $15 food/drink minimum). A portion of the proceeds benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS; they provide support for critical health issues (including HIV/AIDS) to individuals in the entertainment industry and to over 400 community organizations across the country. BC/EFA is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit.
