Kevin Fogarty is an emerging musical theatre composer and lyricist, a recognized country songwriter, and an experienced drummer. As a composer, he has been commissioned by Schola Pacis, Brittany Simmons, Belmont University Jazz Ensemble, and the Christ the King Singers.

In 2008, he wrote the title track for the DVD My Dad Can Beat Up Your Dad as a part of a promotional series through the non-profit organization, Outdoor Ministry Network. In 2009, his musical Call Me Home with book writer Rick Seay received a workshop production at Montgomery Bell Academy; it was also selected for the 2011 Manhattan Repertory Theatre Summerfest. In 2010, he was a selected composer for the New Voices at CUA Music Festival in Washington, D.C. with his song "I Hate This Place," from a new musical currently in pre-production with book writer Brittany Simmons. In May of 2011, he premiered eight new songs featuring Nashville musical theatre talent in a production called The Five Year Plan.
