Jeffrey Todd Parrott

Jeffrey Todd Parrott is a junior musical theatre major at Elon University. A native of Dalton, GA, he developed an early interest in music. Some of his earliest memories are riding in the car while listening to cast recordings of Smoky Joe’s Café, Will Rogers Follies, and Five Guys Named Moe while taking car trips with his family.

Todd began acting in school and community productions in junior high school and continued his music studies as well. Since becoming a student at Elon, he has served as music director for the annual Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids concert, Stephen Sondheim's Assassins, and Jason Robert Brown's The Last 5 Years. Elon performance credits include Kiss Me Kate (Ralph) and 110 in the Shade (Rev. Samuel Curtis and Starbuck u/s).

Professionally, Todd has appeared in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Zebulon), The Stephen Foster Story (Josh Pollock), Footloose (Willard) and Floyd Collins (Homer Collins). (Stephen Foster Drama Productions)

Todd also continues to arrange and compose music and is currently collaborating on a new musical tentatively entitled The Bobby Dunbar Project.
